Instruction deadline passed
FPM’s deadline for naming your chosen domain administrator. Confirm who now manages your domain.

Your support date
Support and updates end on the later of your agreement expiry or 1 September 2026, according to FPM’s notice.

FPM says MSW hosting ends on this date, subject to your existing agreement.
Your website does not move automatically.
Choose and contact a provider, agree the service, then tell FPM.

Do we have to use the provider named by MSW?
No. FPM names The GP Website Company as an independent option. Your practice can choose another supplier and needs a separate service agreement.
Who administers our domain now?
FPM’s letter says domains it administered would move to The GP Website Company if no instruction arrived by 1 September. Ask FPM to confirm your actual domain status. This is separate from moving your website.
What happens to patient data held in MSW?
FPM’s notice offers a download link and guidance on request for transferring patient data. Arrange a secure handover before leaving. Do not send patient information through our enquiry form.
Can we recover any unused MSW subscription?
Ask MSW to confirm any refund and notice arrangements in writing for your practice. Do not assume a refund is available or cancel payments without checking your agreement.
What will Tree View Designs move for us?
We review your pages, patient links, forms and domain arrangements with you, then agree the scope in writing. Forms may need rebuilding and external services need checking. Patient records and submissions require a separate, secure handover. You review the new website before we arrange the switch.
What does a new website cost?
Your free transition plan includes a written quote for your practice. The half-price offer reduces the website build cost by 50%, with Premium support at its standard annual rate. Take up the offer by 31 October 2026. Your quote confirms the scope and all ongoing charges.
What is PatientInsights?
PatientInsights is our practice website analytics product. It helps your team understand popular pages and patient journeys. It is included with the MSW offer; your written quote confirms the terms.
Can you help practices anywhere in the UK?
Yes. We work with GP practices across the UK and plan around the requirements relevant to your practice. NHS England guidance does not automatically apply in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland.
