For My Surgery Website customers
31 March 2027 The September decision deadline has passed. The choice is still yours.
My Surgery Website is winding down. Its 1 September 2026 deadline for domain instructions has gone, and its notice says site updates and support stop from that date for most practices. Hosting continues until 31 March 2027, and your next website is still your decision.
Take up the offer by 31 October 2026 for half price, PatientInsights included and a priority build slot. MSW service ends 31 March 2027, and your site stays live throughout the move, planned for zero downtime.
The MSW wind-down
One date has passed. One is left.
My Surgery Website, run by FPM Group, is winding down. 1 September 2026 was the deadline for telling MSW where your domain should go, and the date its notice says site updates and support stop for most practices. The service itself ends on 31 March 2027; your own agreement sets your exact dates.
Domain deadline and support ended
1 September 2026
The deadline has passed, and MSW’s default applied where it heard nothing. MSW’s service runs until 31 March 2027, subject to your own agreement.
Nothing has switched off
Your MSW website is live and stays hosted by MSW until your contract ends, its notice says by 31 March 2027 at the latest. Patients notice nothing today, and the move we manage keeps it that way until you approve the switch.
Updates and support have stopped for most practices
MSW's notice says it will not provide site updates or support beyond the later of your agreement expiry or 1 September 2026. That date has passed, so unless your own agreement runs later, a new clinician, a changed phone number or an accessibility fix is no longer something MSW will do. Your site stays online; it just stops changing.
Where MSW heard nothing, its default applies
Where MSW looked after your domain and had no instruction by 1 September, its notice says the domain's administration transfers to the provider it named. That is separate from choosing your next website, and a domain can be moved on again with an instruction to whoever now administers it. We handle that paperwork as part of your move.
Your website choice is still yours
Any new provider needs its own agreement with your practice, so nothing that happened on 1 September signed you up with anyone. Choose now and the move is planned around the March date, with your current site live throughout.
The MSW deal, upgraded
Your 20% just became 50%
MSW practices didn’t ask to move, so we promised our best terms. Since then our Half Price Sale has launched, and MSW practices get it too: 50% off the build, with our premium support plan at its standard annual rate. PatientInsights and the priority build slot stay yours alone. The offer closes on 31 October 2026. Ask for your free transition plan before then, and the written quote that comes with it shows your half price.

Practices moving from MSW are scheduled ahead of the rest, so your new site is ready long before the deadline bites.
Illustrative summary. Your written quote shows the real numbers for your practice.
Already paid MSW for the year ahead?
You may not lose that money. One practice showed us a letter in which MSW agreed to refund the unused months of an annual payment once the new website was live and the domain had moved across, and waived its usual 90 days of notice. We cannot promise MSW will do the same for everyone, so ask MSW to confirm in writing what applies to your practice before you count on it.
How the move works
We build first. The switch waits for you.
Tell us about your practice
Ask for your free transition plan using the short form on this page. It commits you to nothing, and a person calls you within one working day.
Your free transition plan
A short, no-obligation call, then a written review of your current site, a deadline checklist and a proposed timetable for the move.
We build while MSW keeps hosting
Your current site stays exactly where it is. We build the new one on a private preview link, move your content, forms and patient links, and you review everything.
The domain moves last
Only when you approve the new site do we point your domain at it. One switch, planned with you for zero downtime, nothing for patients to untangle.
Your free transition plan
See your move in writing before you decide
The plan is free and commits you to nothing. Tell us about your practice and a person calls you within one working day. After that short call we send a written review of your current site, a deadline checklist, a proposed timetable and a written quote with the half price already applied.
Questions
Asked by practices this month
Do we have to move to Tree View Designs?
No. MSW's notice is clear that your practice chooses its next provider, and that choice is the whole point of this page. The transition plan is free, written for your practice, and useful whichever provider you pick.
Did our website switch off on 1 September 2026?
No, it keeps running. Your current website stays hosted by MSW until your contract ends, and moving your domain administration to us changes nothing for patients: we keep it pointing at your current site until your new one is ready. But two things did happen on that date. It was MSW's deadline for telling it where your domain should go, and its notice says it will not provide site updates or support beyond the later of your agreement expiry or 1 September 2026.
We missed the 1 September deadline. Is it too late to move?
No. The deadline was about who administers your domain, not about your website. Where MSW heard nothing, its notice says only the domain's administration moved to the provider it named; a domain can be moved on again with an instruction to whoever now administers it, and we handle that as part of your transition plan. The terms on this page run until 31 October 2026.
What happens to updates and support after 1 September?
MSW's notice says it will not provide site updates or support beyond the later of your agreement expiry or 1 September 2026, so for most practices that is the point the site stops changing. It stays online and patients still reach it, but staff changes, new clinics, revised opening hours and accessibility fixes are no longer covered. Check your own agreement first: if it runs past that date, support continues until it expires.
If we do nothing, are we signed up with the provider in MSW's notice?
No. Where MSW administers your domain, its notice says it would transfer the domain's administration to that provider, and that this is separate from any decision about future website services. Any new service contract would be a separate agreement you'd have to enter into. The notice also says MSW will share practice contact details with that provider so it can get in touch about its services. In short: doing nothing moves your domain's administration and your contact details, not your custom.
Who ends up controlling our domain?
Your practice. The domain identifies your surgery, not any supplier. We administer it on your behalf, keep it pointing at your current MSW site, then point it at your new site when you approve the switch. If you ever left us, it would move on with you just as cleanly.
What does a new website cost?
It depends on the size of your practice and what you need, so your transition plan includes a written quote with the half-price (50%) discount already applied. No obligation attached to receiving it.
We pay MSW annually. Do we lose what we've paid?
You may not.
We're in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland. Is this for us?
Yes. We build for GP practices across the UK. The parts of our work that reference NHS England standards, like its benchmarking tool, do not apply outside England, but accessibility, patient journeys and the move itself are identical.
What is PatientInsights?
Our practice analytics product, normally £249 a year. It shows how patients actually use your website: the popular pages, the friction points and the avoidable calls, so you can quietly fix them. It is included free with your new website as part of the MSW offer.
