The 64+ years of combined healthcare IT expertise on our team isn’t a marketing line. It’s the everyday context that informs every design decision, every support call, and every release we ship. We have people who can recite the NHS GP Website Benchmarking Tool from memory, who’ve handled the practical fallout from a national IT outage in real time, and who’ve seen how a single decision on a website page ripples into a practice manager’s afternoon.

Focused on your world

We’re deliberately small. A generalist agency at our scale would be spread thinly across charity, education, retail, hospitality and primary care; we built Tree View Designs so that every person here works almost exclusively with NHS GP practices. That depth shows up in the small details — reading-age guidance, accessibility patterns, NHS-specific content templates, the things a practice manager shouldn’t have to explain to their web supplier.

Different skills. Shared purpose.

The team you’ve just met is structured in three tiers: the directors who set strategy and standards, the management layer who own day-to-day delivery, and the specialists who handle the craft of building, content editing and ongoing support. Each person brings their own background, but the throughline is the same — people who chose to work in NHS primary care because they care how it works.

In Loving Memory

Francis was the warm, patient heart of our support team. Loved by customers and colleagues alike, his friendly voice and caring nature made every practice feel valued. Though he is no longer with us, Francis continues to greet and guide our customers as the personality behind our support assistant — still helping practices, just as he always did.

Paul Chapman — Managing Director

Paul founded Tree View Designs in 2009, twenty years deep into NHS IT and tired of seeing GP practices land with the same generic templates. As Managing Director and Data Protection Lead, he leads the strategic and commercial side of the business: direction, partnerships, governance and compliance. But he’s far from a hands-off MD. He works alongside Seb on the development of TVD’s systems and platforms, coding on new projects and shaping the technology the whole service is built on.

Sebastian Sulinski — Chief Technical Officer

With over two decades of back-end development expertise, Seb is the architect behind the platforms that power every Tree View Designs product. As Chief Technical Officer and Senior Information Risk Owner (SIRO), he leads technical direction and oversees information risk, ensuring everything we build is robust, scalable, and built to last. Calm, precise, and focused on quality, he ensures it all works as it should.

Steve Wheeler — Team Manager

Steve has been building NHS GP websites long enough to know that "just a quick change" never is. With an eye for user-friendly design and a talent for keeping everyone on track, he makes sure every page works harder than the person who asked for it to be updated.

Tamsin Rudolph — Sales & Marketing Manager

Tamsin knows every NHS practice is different, which is why she listens before she talks — a rare skill in marketing. Alongside her sales and marketing role, she is our Information Governance Lead. She connects the right practices to the right solutions, and somehow makes compliance sound exciting. We're not sure how she does it either.

Adrian Terry — Support Lead

Adrian arrived via arts and entertainment, which turns out to be excellent training for technical support. Cool under pressure, endlessly patient, and quietly determined, he keeps the support team running smoothly — even when nothing else is.

Jack Baker — Website Editor

Jack built his career as a graphic designer before discovering he could inflict his layout opinions on even more people by building websites. He now brings that same visual eye to every GP practice site.

David Robertson — Website Editor

David is the newest addition to the team, working alongside Jack and Steve on NHS practice websites. We will let him introduce himself properly once he has got his feet under the desk.

Erin Dodd — Graphic Designer & Illustrator

Erin graduated from Bolton University with a design degree and immediately put it to use making NHS practices look better than they thought possible. She creates the logos and visual identities practices are genuinely proud to put their name to.
