Your written quote shows the standard price and your half price side by side. Agreement signed, and your own site builder is allocated to your practice.

Site build 25 working days
We build your first draft once your completed responses are received, and your site builder may ask questions along the way. Your current website carries on exactly as it is.

Review 2 weeks
You review the first draft with your team and gather everyone's thoughts in one place. Nothing goes anywhere near patients yet.

Tweaks and changes as required
We make your revisions until you are completely happy. You approve the finished site before anything changes publicly.

Migrate and go live zero downtime
We migrate your content, forms and the integrations patients rely on. When you say go, your domain points at the new site. Patients never see a gap.
Timings are estimates. The build clock starts when your completed responses come back to us, and prompt answers keep everything on schedule.
A fair year, not a lock-in
Premium support runs for a minimum of 12 months. After that you are free to leave whenever you like, with just 30 days’ notice. Your domain and your content always belong to your practice, and if you ever move on we migrate you out free of charge. We would rather keep you with good service than with a signature.

Is it genuinely half price?
Yes. Our standard build pricing is unchanged during the offer, and your written quote shows both numbers side by side: the standard price and your half price. Nothing is removed from the build to make the number work.
Why are there no prices on this page?
Because an honest price for a practice website depends on the practice: list size, sites, integrations and what you need moved. We would rather put the real numbers for your practice in writing than put a from-price on a web page. Your quote is free, itemised and carries no obligation, and the only number that is the same for everyone is the £99 + VAT deposit.
What do I have to take with it?
Our premium support plan at its standard annual rate, quoted in writing before you commit to anything. The offer is not available with basic support. The minimum support term is 12 months, and as part of this cohort your support price is frozen for three years.
What happens after 30 October 2026?
The offer ends and the build returns to full price. We do not extend it, so the date on this page is the date.
Is the £99 deposit refundable?
It is £99 + VAT and non-refundable: it holds your build slot and locks the offer price. It is credited in full against your build invoice, so when you proceed it costs nothing extra.
We are mid-contract with another provider. Can we still use the offer?
Yes. The deposit locks the offer price now, we schedule your build around your notice period, and we manage the migration when the time comes. Your current site stays live throughout.
Are we locked in?
The support minimum is 12 months, then 30 days' notice. Your domain and your content are yours. If you ever leave, we migrate you out free of charge.
Can our whole PCN join together?
Yes, and it is the best way to do it. One group demo for your member practices, one shared onboarding window, and priority scheduling for the whole network. For networks and federations moving several practices together, the build discount grows beyond the 50%: the exact numbers are agreed on your group demo and put in writing in your quote. Yes. We build for GP practices across the UK. The parts of our work that reference NHS England standards, like its benchmarking tool, do not apply outside England, but accessibility, patient journeys and the move itself are identical.
