Tamsin’s professional journey began in the NHS, where she worked in medicines management before transitioning to social care. In this role, she became a specialist in improving the transfer of care from hospitals to social care providers. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Tamsin was appointed to lead digital transformation for social care providers, working closely with healthcare services to keep patients out of hospitals for routine appointments. Her efforts earned her recognition as a finalist in the Health Service Journal awards for one of the innovative projects she led.
In addition to her professional work, Tamsin is involved with a community interest company focused on improving accessibility for individuals with physical and mental health challenges. She is deeply passionate about making outdoor spaces accessible to everyone, knowing the profound impact this can have on both physical and mental well-being.

Tamsin has a deep love for exploration and adventure. She is determined to visit as many places around the world as possible, embracing diverse cultures along the way. One of her most memorable experiences was living with rangers at the Ol Pejeta Conservancy in Kenya, where she participated in conservation efforts, including working with the last two northern white rhinos on the planet.
In 2020, she climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in support of Child Bereavement UK, showcasing her dedication to both personal challenges and meaningful causes.
